It was a very large clean quiet comfortable room, I was by myself but anyone traveling with multiple people would love all the space. Bed was very comfortable and loved the pillow variety. Hotel was at the airport, which was convenient for my morning flight. The room had a microwave, single serve coffee maker, Mini Fridge etc. Big long Desk, large windows. The Lakeview is connected to the Grand so I could walk inside most of the way to the airport, only a short walk outside (crossing the arrivals road) to get to the airport.

The front desk was amazing ! Because our train was late, we arrived at 4 am. The front desk got us into a room quickly and we were able to relax. They told us they would notify us when the administrative tasks were completed and we received a quiet text around 8 am. We really appreciated that they didn't wake us early.

We preferred to stay at this airport hotel, because downtown Winnipeg is too loud with constant traffic noise and strange people hanging about at most places. We had stayed here before in August and a few years ago when the hotel had a different ownership. The suites have an extra door within the rooms, which reduces noise from the corridor (banging doors at 2.30 in the morning etc.). Unfortunately, this time, the room we got had a steady noise from some machine in the wall, so we had to switch to another room. But the front desk was very helpful in finding that new room and moving our luggage, even under pressure because we had to leave for a hockey game in town.

Excellent location to the Winnipeg International Airport with only a five-minute walk to the front door. The staff were excellent and check-in was effortless and efficient. The room was very large with separate living room/sitting area. The room was exceptionally clean with stocked amenities and fresh, clean towels. The bar downstairs had great food and drinks and the service was terrific there as well.

Closeness and easy accessibility to the airport is definitely a plus when you are leaving on an early morning flight. The mattress and pillows were luxurious and thanks to them I was able to get an amazing good sleep before my flight. One of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed at and highly recommend.

Much better than expected. Staff were really nice and helpful. I asked a few questions via the message tool and they answered almost immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely and quiet and very comfortable. Its a 2 min walk to the terminal too which was very handy

Nice ataff, good food in restaurant. Nuce housekeeping. Big room,clean. Fridge micro sage etc. Coffee maker Good over all. Closed walk way pretty close to airport.

I liked the view the most. I had a view of the airport taxiway, where I could see the aircraft around. Surprisingly, I didn't have an issue with the jet noise. The room was completely sound proof. Another thing that satisfied me is the TV screen. Unlike many hotels, this hotel does not provide those old late 2000s flat TV models, instead I was provided with a big modern one. The room had plenty of space including the desk area for work or studies and the bed was very comfortable and clean.

I was flying out for a long trip to Australia. And, as we live on a remote rural property NW of Winnipeg, we came down the night before the set of connected flights. It was so easy for me to use your shuttle bus as my husband left earlier to travel home. We also didn't need to leave the hotel to find a meal and had an excellent supper. The staff at the main desk were very helpful with info and we had broken light bulbs in our room that were fixed by maintenance staff promptly. We are not city people, so being away from the CBD was fine for us and I'd use the Lakeview again.
